1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. The terms contained in this Privacy Policy, whenever used with the first letter capitalized, will have the meaning established below, whether in the plural or singular:

SAW. Data Protection Laws: means all legislation applicable to the Processing of Personal Data, which includes, without limitation, Law No. 13,709/2018.

2. OBJECTIVE

2.1 BRDTech values and recognizes the importance of your privacy. Therefore, we have created a Privacy Policy in order to clearly inform you about the Processing of your Personal Data and as a way of demonstrating our commitment to protecting Privacy and Personal Data Protection, under the terms of the General Data Protection Law Personnel (“LGPD”), Law No. 13,709/18.

2.2 You are not obliged to share the Personal Data we request, however, if you choose not to share it, in some cases we will not be able to fulfill the purposes described in this document.

I. Personal data: name; date of birth; email; RG; CPF; address; billing information; signature; biometrics for authentication; GPS and/or IP location; Photograph.

II. Purpose: Log in or create an account; initiate, sign or review an electronic document; contact customer service; store documents; convert documents; make charges.

4.1 BRDTech always protects the identity of the Holders, using data protection mechanisms provided for in technical and organizational standards, as well as the measures provided for by law.

4.2 Upon court or arbitration order or upon request from administrative authorities.

4.3 BRDTech may share with service providers or partners to manage or support certain aspects of our business operations on our behalf, such as hosting and data storage service providers, fraud management, sales on our behalf, order fulfillment, content personalization, advertising and marketing activities (including digital and personalized advertising) and IT services.

4.4 DBRDTech may share with affiliated companies and business partners serving BRDTech for the purposes of completing any transaction, providing the latest information about our products, services or sharing our latest promotions.

6.1 You may, at any time, request BRDTech: (i) confirmation that your Personal Data is being processed; (ii) access to your Personal Data; (iii) corrections to incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; (iv) anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or processed data that does not comply with the provisions of the law; (v) portability of Personal Data to another service provider, provided this does not affect our industrial and commercial secrets; (vi) deletion of Personal Data processed with your consent, to the extent permitted by law; (vii) information about the entities to which your Personal Data has been shared; (viii) information about the possibility of not providing consent and the consequences of refusal; and (ix) revocation of consent. Your requests will be treated with special care so that we can ensure the effectiveness of your rights. You may be asked to provide proof of your identity to ensure that only the data subject exercises his or her rights over his or her Personal Data.

6.2 You should be aware that in certain cases (for example, due to legal requirements), your order may not be immediately fulfilled, and BRDTech may not be able to fulfill it due to compliance with legal obligations.

7.1 We seek to adopt the appropriate technical and organizational measures provided for by Data Protection Laws to protect your Personal Data at BRDTech.

7.2 No data transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be 100% secure. In any case, we always seek to prevent leaks from occurring by adopting a high level of protection, carrying out all necessary security tests.

8. UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

8.1 BRDTech is assured the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice to the Holders, so it is the Holder's duty to remain alert to possible updates to the aforementioned documents, which will be immediately made available on the channels usually used by the BRDTech, and the modifications will come into force on the date of publication of the new version of the Privacy Policy. If there is a change related to (i) the specific purpose of processing Personal Data; (ii) the form and duration of the processing of Personal Data, observing BRDTech's commercial and industrial secrets; (iii) the identification of the controller of the Personal Data; and/or (iv) information about the shared use of Personal Data by the controller and the purpose, we will inform the User prominently, either through the contact information we have in our database or through a notification on the Website and Intranet.

8.2 Please note that BRDTech is committed not to process your Personal Data in a manner incompatible with the purposes described above, unless otherwise required by law or court order.
